Andrew N. Bazos, M.D 
Dr. Bazos earned a degree in biochemistry from Harvard University and graduated from Yale Medical School. Following a surgical internship at Columbia-Presbyterian Medical Center, Dr. Bazos completed his residency training at Columbia-Presbyterian's New York Orthopedic Hospital, were he co-authored numerous clinical research projects and international presentations.  He completed a fellowship in sports Medicine and Arthroscopy at The Hospital for Joint

Diseases in New York City in 1993. Dr. Bazos served as Medical Director of Yankee Stadium for seven years, and continues in this capacity at Madison Square Garden. He is board-certified by The American Board of Orthopedic Surgery. In addition to his practice in the New Milford and Danbury area, Dr. Bazos is a member of the Sports Medicine Department at The Hospital for Joint Disease in New York City, where he maintains operating privileges and keeps office hours.

Dr. Bazos specializes in Sports Medicine, arthroscopy, knee and shoulder surgery.


Dr. Scott Anthony Reale, MD

Dr. Scott Reale is board certified in Physical Medicine and  Rehabilitation. After graduating from the Sackler Medical School of Tel Aviv University, he completed his residency training at New York  UniversityMedicalCenterand internship at St. Lukes - Roosevelt  Medical Center.

He has appeared in numerous TV medical segments for both ABC and CNN.  Additionally, he has contributed to several articles appearing in Men's Health Magazine. He is a member of the American College of Sports Medicine and is a volunteer MD for the New York Marathon.

Dr. Reale's philosophy integrates conventional evidence based medical techniques with complimentary medicine in treating patients with orthopedic injuries. Exercise and nutrition are incorporated in all of his treatment protocols and he believes that both are essential for good health and should be used to not only prevent, but to also treat many common medical conditions. He believes that in order to maintain a healthy body, it is necessary to recognize the mind-body relationship.

Dr. Douglas Allen
Dr. Douglas Allen is dual board certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation and interventional pain management. Pain management is a sub-specialty of medicine that has evolved over the last 15 years to better treat the specific needs of patients suffering from acute and chronic painful conditions. Dr. Allen received his interventional pain training at JacksonMemorialHospital/ Universityof Miami’s Department of Anesthesiology. He received his Physiatry training at St. Vincent’s Hospital in Manhattan.
